These terms cover your use of Polaroid Studio at polaroidstudio.in, operated by Omang Vardhan, Gurgaon, India. By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

Polaroid Studio lets you turn your photos into vintage polaroid-style images and lay them out on an A4 sheet for printing. Many features are free. Some looks, fonts and frames are marked Pro.

Pricing and payment

• Pro features are free to try. Pro polaroids carry a watermark until paid for.
• The price is ₹20 for each A4 sheet that contains a Pro polaroid. The amount is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees. Prices may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Paid sheets stay available for 7 days in the browser you paid from. They are used up when you save a file.

Delivery

The service is digital. After payment the watermark is removed straight away and you can save your sheet as a PDF or PNG on the spot. Nothing is shipped.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you add, and you will not use the service for anything unlawful, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights. Your photos are not uploaded to us.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. Colours on screen can differ from your printer's output. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the sheet in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
